R. CLIFFORD Berg, Jr., CLU, ChFC, AEP, MSFS Director
Cliff holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from Juniata College in Huntington, PA, a Master of Science degree in Financial Services from the American College, and is a registered representative with Lincoln Financial Securities Corporation. He has been in the financial services industry since 1974 and holds the Chartered Life Underwriter (CLU), Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC), and Accredited Estate Planner (AEP) designations. Cliff has served as president of the Delaware Chapter of the Society of Financial Service Professionals (SFSP), president of the National Association of Insurance Financial Advisors (NAIFA) – New Castle County, and state president of NAIFA – Delaware. Cliff is also a past president of the Estate Planning Council of Delaware. He is a past national president of SFSP. He is a member of the SFSP, NAIFA, the Financial Planning Association, the Estate Planning Council of Delaware, and the Wilmington Tax Group. In addition to his professional association, Cliff is an active community member. He is an active volunteer with the American Cancer Society, is past Chairman of the Board of the American Cancer Society (ACS), Delaware Division, and is a past national board member of the ACS. He currently serves as board chair for the South Atlantic Division. He is also a past president of the Brandywine Rotary Club, a member of Granite Lodge #34, A.F. & A.M., past president of the Del-Mar-Va Council, Boy Scouts of America, and a member of the Atlantic United Methodist Church. Cliff and his wife, Donna, live in Chadds Ford, Pennsylvania.

Mary Ann Blair, MBA, CLU, ChFC, AEP Director Mary Ann Blair, formerly Tuschak, has been in financial services since 1983 and with Financial House since 1990. She holds professional designations of Chartered Life Underwriter, Chartered Financial Consultant, and Accredited Estate Planner. She earned her BA and MBA degrees with honors from the University of Delaware and was recently named an outstanding alumna of The College of Arts and Science. Mary Ann is a member and past president of: The Delaware Estate Planning Council, The Delaware Chapter of the Society for Financial Service Professionals, The Wilmington Tax Group, and The Delaware Chapter of the Forum of Executive Women. Mary Ann lives with her husband Joseph Blair in Ardmore, Pennsylvania. 
Robert S. Pennartz, CFP®
President Bob holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Commerce and Engineering from Drexel University. He is a Certified Financial Planner (CFP®) practitioner and a registered representative with Lincoln Financial Securities Corporation. Formerly president of Centreville Securities, a broker dealer investment firm, Bob has been in the financial planning field since 1973. “I like to help clients make a financial game plan and see that plan become a success. It’s fun.” Bob writes a weekly column, “Money Matters” for the Kennett Paper and has taught Money Management at West Chester University. He has been a guest lecturer at the Drexel University College of Business and Widener University School of Law. He is married and resides with his wife and children in Unionville, Pennsylvania.

Robert D. Griesemer, CLU, ChFC
Director
Rob holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the School of Management at Syracuse University. He also holds a Chartered Life Underwriter (CLU) and Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC) designations from the American College in Bryn Mawr, Pennsylvania and is a Registered Representative with Lincoln Financial Securities Corporation.
Since entering the financial services industry in 1982, he has specialized in the retirement and estate planning areas, serving the needs of individuals and small business owners.
He has held many leadership positions in professional organizations, including public service chairman and treasurer of the New Castle Country Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors and also past director of the Delaware Chapter of the Society of Financial Service Professionals.
Rob is married and resides with his wife and two daughters in West Chester, Pennsylvania.

Duer Pierce, Jr., CLU, ChFC, AEP, CAP Director Bud holds the Chartered Life Underwriter (CLU), Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC), Accredited Estate Planner (AEP), and Chartered Advisor in Philanthropy (CAP) designations, as well as being a Registered Representative with Lincoln Financial Securities Corporation. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Pennsylvania State University. Bud has been in the financial services industry since 1954, and has held many leadership positions in professional organizations. He is past president of the Life Underwriters Association of New Castle County; the Delaware Chapter of American Society of CLUs and ChFCs; the Estate Planning Council of Delaware; and the Delaware General Agents and Managers Association. He is a life member of the Million Dollar Round Table, having attended 43 consecutive annual meetings through 2011. For a number of years, he was an instructor in Money Management at West Chester University. Bud is a lifelong resident of the Kennett Square, Pennsylvania, and Centreville, Delaware areas where he is involved in numerous church and civic activities. He was selected as “Community Hero” to be a Torchbearer for the 1996 Olympic Torch Relay. 
Leo E. Strine, CLU, ChFC, MSFS, MSM
Director
Leo has earned the designations of Chartered Life Underwriter (CLU) and a Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC), as well as a Registered Representative with Lincoln Financial Securities Corporation.
He has earned the degrees of Master of Science in Financial Services (MSFS) and Master of Science in Management (MSM) from The American College.
Leo has been in the financial services industry since 1975 and has held many leadership positions. He is past president of the New Castle County Life Underwriters Association, the Delaware Chapter of the Society of Financial Service Professionals, and the Estate Planning Council of Delaware. He is currently a member of the Delaware Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors and a member of the Wilmington Tax Group.
Leo is a qualified member of the Professional Achievement in Continuing Education (PACE) program which requires a minimum of 60 hours of continuing education every two years. Leo served as a member of the national Board of Directors of the Society of Financial Service Professionals.
Leo has been a resident of Hockessin, Delaware since 1973 and was a candidate for office of Insurance Commissioner of Delaware in 1992.

Joseph E. Biloon. CFP®
Director
Joe is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER®, Chartered Mutual Fund Counselor, Associate Investment Consultant and Retirement Planning Specialist. He received a Bachelor of Science degree in operations management from the University of Delaware. Since entering the financial services industry in 2000, he has specialized in retirement planning and asset allocation strategies. He is an active member of the Society of Financial Service Professionals as well as past president of Brandywine Naamans Rotary Club. He is a registered representative with Lincoln Financial Securities. Joe lives in Landenberg, Pennsylvania with his wife and two children.  Emily R. Woodson, M.Ed. Director Emily holds a Certificate in Financial Planning from the University of Delaware and is a Registered Representative of Lincoln Financial Securities Corporation. Additionally she earned her BA in International Relations at the University of Colorado as well as her M.Ed from Wilmington University. She is currently working toward the Certified Financial Planner (CFP®) designation. She is a qualifying member of the Million Dollar Round Table, an elite organization for financial professionals around the world. She is also a member of the National Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors and the Delaware chapter of the Society for Financial Service Professionals. Emily resides in Bear, Delaware with her husband James and their two children, Vanessa and J.P.
