Joseph E. Biloon has earned the designations of Certified Financial PlannerTM and Accredited Estate Planner. He received a Bachelor of Science degree in operations management from the University of Delaware. Since entering the financial services industry in 2000, he has specialized in retirement cash flow and asset allocation strategies.

Joe was recognized as Advisor of the Year by Lincoln Financial Securities in 2015.  He has been named a Top Advisor Under 40 by the Society of Financial Service Professionals (2012-2016).  He is a member of the Million Dollar Round Table, an elite world-wide organization, annually qualifying for Top of the Table status since 2013.  Additionally, Joe is annually recognized as a Five Star Wealth Advisor in both Delaware Today and Philadelphia Magazine.  He is a member of the Estate Planning Council of Delaware and the Society for Financial Service Professionals.  Joe currently manages over $150 million in client assets.  

Joe is frequently asked to speak to national audiences of financial planners describing the intricacies of retirement cash flow planning. A recent highlight has been acting as a mentor to University of Delaware undergraduates who are considering a career in the financial services industry.
 
He currently serves on the Advisory Council to the Dean of the University of Delaware’s Financial Planning major, Board of Directors for the University of Delaware Lerner College Alumni and is an active volunteer at LaMancha Animal Rescue.
 
Joe lives in Landenberg, Pennsylvania with his wife Alison, daughter Lexi, son Kyle and two rescue dogs – Buddy and Rosie.  He enjoys time at beach with his family in the summer and is an avid golfer.

Joe Blair provides comprehensive financial planning, investment services and advice on risk management to individuals and families. Joe seeks to use his skills and experience to help people achieve their life goals, whether for family, business, charity or other purposes.

With an extensive career in banking and capital markets, Joe brings an informed perspective on finance and risk management to his client relationships. Joe began his career in the eighties as an investment banker with Kidder Peabody and Credit Suisse First Boston in New York. He formed his own advisory firm in the 1990’s, working with business owners and institutional investors such as pension funds and endowments. From 1999 to 2004, Joe managed institutional banking, sales, research and trading for a leading regional brokerage firm as Executive Vice President of Advest, Inc. He held executive positions in banking and asset management from 2004 to 2015 for Commerce Bank, WSFS, First Niagara and Univest.

Joe earned his MBA from Stanford Graduate School of Business, a Master’s degree from Harvard Kennedy School/Graduate School of Design and a Bachelor’s degree cum laude from Harvard College.  He also taught as an instructor in economics at Harvard. He currently serves on the board of directors of MusicWorks Music Therapy and the National Disability Institute.

Joe and his wife Mary Ann live in Ardmore, Pennsylvania. Although their cat rules the household, Joe hopes also to adopt a dog.

Rob holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the School of Management at Syracuse University. He also holds a Chartered Life Underwriter (CLU) and Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC) designations from the American College in Bryn Mawr, Pennsylvania and is a Registered Representative with Lincoln Financial Securities Corporation.

Since entering the financial services industry in 1982, he has specialized in the retirement and estate planning areas, serving the needs of individuals and small business owners.

He has held many leadership positions in professional organizations, including public service chairman and treasurer of the New Castle Country Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors and also past director of the Delaware Chapter of the Society of Financial Service Professionals.

Rob is married and resides with his wife and two daughters in West Chester, Pennsylvania.

Bob holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Commerce and Engineering from Drexel University.  He is a Certified Financial Planner (CFP®) practitioner and a registered representative with Lincoln Financial Securities Corporation. He is also a member of Ed Slott's Master Elite IRA Advisor Group. Formerly president of Centreville Securities, a broker dealer investment firm, Bob has been in the financial planning field since 1973.

Bob writes a column, “Money Matters” for the Kennett Paper and has taught Money Management at West Chester University.  He has been a guest lecturer at the Drexel University College of Business and Widener University School of Law.

He is married and resides with his wife and children in Unionville, Pennsylvania.

 

A. Duer Pierce, Jr., CLU, ChFC, AEP, CAP

Bud holds the Chartered Life Underwriter (CLU), Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC), Accredited Estate Planner (AEP), and Chartered Advisor in Philanthropy (CAP) designations.

He holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Pennsylvania State University.

Bud has been in the financial services industry since 1954, and has held many leadership positions in professional organizations.  He is past president of the Life Underwriters Association of New Castle County; the Delaware Chapter of American Society of CLUs and ChFCs; the Estate Planning Council of Delaware; and the Delaware General Agents and Managers Association.

He is a life member of the Million Dollar Round Table, having attended 46 consecutive annual meetings through 2014.  For a number of years, he was an instructor in Money Management at West Chester University.

Bud is a lifelong resident of the Kennett Square, Pennsylvania, and Centreville, Delaware areas where he is involved in numerous church and civic activities.  He was selected as “Community Hero” to be a Torchbearer for the 1996 Olympic Torch Relay.

 

 

Leo E. Strine, CLU, ChFC, MSFS, MSM

Leo has earned the designations of Chartered Life Underwriter (CLU) and a Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC) and is a Registered Representative with Lincoln Financial Securities Corporation.

He has earned the degrees of Master of Science in Financial Services (MSFS) and Master of Science in Management (MSM) from The American College.

Leo has been in the financial services industry since 1975 and has held many leadership positions. He is past president of the Delaware Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors, the Society of Financial Service Professionals, Delaware Chapter and the Estate Planning Council of Delaware. He is currently a member of the Wilmington Tax Group.

Leo is an Emeritus member of the Professional Achievement in Continuing Education (PACE) program which requires a minimum of 60 hours of continuing education every two years. He served as a member of the national Board of Directors of the Society of Financial Service Professionals.


Leo has been a resident of Hockessin, Delaware since 1973.

 

 

Emily R. Woodson, M.Ed., CFP®

Emily has been with Financial House since 2009. She holds the Certified Financial Planner (CFP®) designation and is a registered representative of Lincoln Financial Securities Corporation. She holds her Bachelors of Art from the University of Colorado as well as her Masters of Education from Wilmington University.

She serves on the Advisory Board for Lincoln Financial Securities. She is a member of National Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors (NAIFA) and has been involved with them in many capacities, including serving on the state board, completing the Leadership in Life Institute and earning  a Rising Star award. She is also a member of the Society for Financial Service Professional and a qualifying member of Million Dollar Round Table, an elite world-wide organization of financial professionals.  In 2014, Emily was invited to attend Barron’s Top Women Advisor’s Summit, an invitation-only event for the nation’s top women advisors.

In partnership with Mary Ann Blair,  she helps clients to build and create wealth over time, attain peace of mind for themselves and their loved ones, untie financial knots, plan for the future and make purposeful and informed financial decisions.

Gary L. Ulrich, Jr., CFP®

Gary is a Certified Financial Planner and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Financial Planning and a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from the University of Delaware. He is one of the first graduates of the financial planning curriculum at the University of Delaware, pioneering the program. Since entering the financial services industry in 2014, he has gained experience in multiple areas of the industry, in addition to becoming a registered representative with Lincoln Financial Securities. Gary specializes in retirement planning, cash flow analysis, insurance planning, and qualified retirement plans.

Gary is the President of the Hockessin-Greenville Chapter of Rotary International, and active member of Delaware Young Professionals, the Delaware chapter of the Society of Financial Service Professionals, the New Castle County Young Professional Network and the Cecil County Chamber of Commerce. A recent highlight has been helping the University of Delaware’s Alfred Lerner College of Business and Economics in marketing a new minor in Trust Management to encourage college students to enter the financial services industry. Gary also serves on the Board of Directors of SmartDrive, a foundation established to reduce loss of life and property in senseless motor vehicle crashes through intensive and interactive defensive driving skill development. Other Boards on which Gary is an active member are Cancer Support Community of Delaware and The University of Delaware's New Castle County Alumni Association.

 

Gary lives in Pike Creek, Delaware with his dog, Buddy.
