Partner

I joined Financial House in 1999 after 17 years as an independent financial and insurance advisor. Looking back at that time I saw an incredible opportunity to join a vibrant and well-established advisory firm that I felt would add significant value for my clients. Since becoming Partner in 2004 I have had the privilege of helping shape the future of Financial House and to build upon the fine reputation we have serving clients not only in Delaware, but throughout the US.

After graduating from Syracuse University in 1982 with a Bachelor of Science degree from the Whitman School of Management, I entered the investment and advisory field under the tutelage of my father. Together we worked to build a successful practice focusing on the needs of our clients in Delaware, Pennsylvania and Florida. In 1987 and 1988 I earned both a Chartered Life Underwriter (CLU) and Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC) designation from The American College of Financial Services.

Throughout my career, I have been active in numerous industry organizations holding leadership positions in the Delaware Chapter of the Society of Financial Service Professionals and the Delaware Chapter of the National Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors. I also hold membership in the Estate Planning Council of Delaware and The Million Dollar Round Table, an elite world-wide organization, annually qualifying for Top of the Table status since 2017.

What continues to drive me in my practice are the relationships we develop and day to day interaction we have with our clients. I enjoy looking for creative ways to solve the challenges that many of us face as we plan for retirement and beyond.

My wife Carol and I live in West Chester, PA and have enjoyed raising two wonderful young ladies. We are excited to watch them take on the world, one as a Physical Therapist and the other in an aspiring film and photography career. We enjoy traveling and keeping active playing tennis and gardening.
